The Bert Flinn XC is back for another year with a new course and category set-up. 

  • Start wave #1 “Novice/Sport” @ 6:15pm (1 lap of course; 5km total)

    • U18 Boys Novice/Sport

    • U18 Girls Novice/Sport

    • Open Novice/Sport

    • Women Novice/Sport

  • Start wave #2 @ “Expert/Elite” 7:00pm (2 laps of course; 10km total)

    • U18 Boys Expert/Elite

    • U18 Girls Expert/Elite

    • Open Expert/Elite

    • Women Expert/Elite

*Each category start time will be staggered by 30 seconds.

Race registration opens at 5:30 PM and closes 15 minutes before each start wave. Parking and staging at Heritage Woods parking lot with the start being in Bert Flinn Park. Please give yourself plenty of time (15 minutes at least) to make your way to the start after signing on!

The race will be a mass uphill start and will cover some of our favourite trails in Bert Flinn Park. Join us after the race for podiums and draw prizes in front of Heritage Woods Secondary School. 

Please complete a waiver for each attendee. After submitting your waiver, copy the reference number and paste it in the appropriate field for each attendee. 

(PRO TIP - Save this number, you can use it for any future registrations within the same calendar year.)
